====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 Heard Sri Ramakant Sharma, learned senior counsel, assisted by Sri Amarnath Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 05.03.2018 in connection with Madhepura ( Ghailadh ) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018 , registered for the offence under Sections 364/302/34/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused as if petitioner had taken away the brother of informant on his vehicle and he disposed of the dead body. He further submits that material has

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as the fact that there is specific case against the petitioner, there is no reason to pass favourable order.

The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
