He had to answer for all the equipments, which were under his jurisdiction and custody, while he was working as a Junior Engineer.
Therefore, this writ application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to assail Annexure - 1, dated 14.10.2016, which has been annexed in I. A. No. 3000 of 2017, which is a fresh cause of action.
