The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that a civil dispute has been given colour of criminal case. There is no truth behind the allegation made in the complaint which was subsequently referred to the police for investigation pursuant to which the FIR was instituted. Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
