This application has been filed for modification of the order passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 7390 of 2020, by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No 110 of 2019 to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10646 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners could not adhere to the time for surrendering in the Court below due to difficulties based on the pandemic. In view of such submission, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioners on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 25.09.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 7390 of 2020. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
