JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 No much dispute survives any more in the present proceedings in which the petitioners have sought constitution of a Governing Body for Tapeshwar Singh Indu Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Ara, a College affiliated to Veer Kuwar Singh University, Ara. It appears

Patna High Court CWJC No.17622 of 2016(3) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 that there is some issue on finalization of the list of the donor members of the College at the level of the University. Learned counsel for the University informs that the said matter is going to be placed tomorrow ( 14.11.2017) in the meeting of the Syndicate of the University. Once the list is finalized, as per procedure laid down in the concerned Statutes, a donor member will have to be elected.

The petitioner in CWJC No. 13509 of 2017 was elected teacher representative of the Governing Body of the College. It is said that his name has again been sent to the Principal of the University upon his election as teacher representative. Learned counsel for the petitioners are right in their submission that adhocism in the matter of management of teaching institutions should not be allowed. Now since a Governing Body is to be constituted in accordance with the statutory provisions, the Court is not required to make any comments.

These applications are disposed of with a direction upon the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara that the Governing Body is constituted within a period of one month from today. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
