ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 24.6.2006 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, in Cr. Appeal No. 12 of 2000 by which he has affirmed the judgment and order of conviction dated 21.11.2000 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in G.R. No. 367 of 1987

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.839 of 2006 dt.21-01-2016 2/2 arising out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 114 of 1987. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any merit in the application, the same is dismissed. However, the fine amount so imposed is reduced to Rs.50/- per person.
