The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 198 of 2021 dated 27.06.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

For the reason of the petitioner having been made accused in a case of similar nature earlier, about which reference has been given in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court
