JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436/14 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nearly three months prior to the institution of Amour P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014, a complaint was filed by the father of the petitioner, in which the informant was made an accused. He appears to be right in his submission that admittedly there is property dispute between the petitioner and the informant. It has been stated in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.17146 of 2015 (3) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S.
