Regard being had to the fact that seven accused persons of the case bearing similar allegations have been admitted to anticipatory bail by a Bench of the Court in Cr.Misc.No.32825 of 2014, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest by the police or surrender before the court below on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in Chakiya P.S.Case No.372 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
