JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 There is said to be outstanding dues for which reconciliation of accounts has not been made by the petitioner to the extent of Rs.9,10,000/-, it is left to the petitioner now to reconcile the said amount and then claim the benefit of retiral dues. It is also open to the petitioner to get the outstanding dues adjusted from the retiral dues and get the settlement of rest of the amount, if he so wants. If the petitioner cooperates, the departmental proceeding shall also be expedited and taken to its logical end without further delay.
