To remove all encroachment done by private respondent from a piece of Gairmajarua Aam Public Land appertaining to Khata no. 02, Plot no.

951, measuring 35 feet x 50 feet falling under Mauja-Belbagh, Jagjivan Nagar, Ward No. 18 situated under

Patna High Court CWJC No.11395 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 Bettiah Town of West Champaran District.

II. To hold that the private respondent has encroached upon the public land in question in an illegal manner and the concerned respondents are under obligation to initiate an encroachment proceeding and to remove the encroachment forthwith."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
