Case No. 11 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

From the First Information Report itself it is apparent that when the informant was in his toddy shop, petitioner came and demanded toddy on which altercation took place. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Rai alias Dharmendra Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
