That being so, now, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In case, the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting with regard to the issue in question, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to claim it afresh in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the application stands disposed of.
