It was on ground of alternate remedy that the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.198 of 2022 dt.19-04-2023 2/2 review petitions were disposed of with direction to approach the District Appellate Authority/ State Appellate Authority. Learned counsel submits that District Appellate Authority/ State Appellate Authority would not govern teachers appointed under the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board. In the opinion of this Court, there is no difference between teachers working under the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board or any other Board, since they are all working under the District Education Officer. The provisions of the Rules of 2020 have a general application on all teachers. In view thereof, contention is found to have no force.

The review petition is dismissed.
