JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 25-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.381 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report there is specific allegation against Buchan Bharti of causing fire arm injury to elder brother of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who is in custody since 18.05.2018. Instant case has been lodged against the entire family members to put pressure to compromise the land dispute, which was going on between the parties.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah, in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.381 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
