JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioners have snatched motorcycle of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegation is false and concocted as informant is still using the motorcycle.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that witnesses have also supported the prosecution case and supervising authority has

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
