The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Wheat and rice were seized from a pickup van alleged to have been taken from PDS dealer.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle in question which is a public carrier and PDS dealer has already been granted bail by learned court below itself. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
