2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 448, 308, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of petty dispute and both the parties are co-villagers. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposes the petition inviting reference to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Buxar dated 05.07.2019 passed in A.B.P. No. 640 of 2019 noticing the statements of the witnesses on the basis of the case diary that injured Umesh Thakur has sustained several injuries of which injury no. 1 on his left leg is grievous in nature.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U T
