2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same occurrence, 3 first information reports have been lodged. The FIRs are in relation to Dhangain Police Station Case No 70 of 2013, Dhangain PS Case No 71 of 2013 and Dhangain PS Case No 72 of 2013. He submits that there could be no second FIR for the same occurrence.

3 On perusal of record, it appears that 3 different persons have lodged the FIR in relation to the same incident giving three different versions.

4 In view of the aforesaid, there is no second FIR by any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21918 of 2014 dt.30-06-2017 2/2 of the same informant. Therefore, there is no occasion to interfere in the matter in respect of Dhangain PS Case No 71 of 2013. 5 This application is devoid of any merit and is, therefore, dismissed.
