Considering the nature of the grievance and the present litigation, the Court is not in a position to grant any positive relief.

Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the division bench in public interest litigation has already issued certain direction and in view of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9249 of 2016(2) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 aforesaid part of the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this writ application disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent for implementation of the direction issued by the Division Bench if not implemented as yet the concerned respondent is expected consider the same within a maximum period of 60 days from the receipt/production of this order.

With the aforesaid direction the writ application is disposed of.
