JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Harnaut, Nalanda to conclude the proceedings of the pending Encroachment Case No.10 of 202122, within a stipulated time frame. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid encroachment proceedings have not been taken to its logical conclusion, the same shall definitely be concluded, within the specified time frame, as fixed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Harnaut, Nalanda to dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment Case No.10 of 2021-22, in case the same has not already been

Patna High Court CWJC No.13400 of 2022(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 disposed off, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
