Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case on 08.03.2019.

Submission is that even after remand, petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case, which is already complete, nor any incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48256 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No.377 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
