It is evident from perusal of Circular No. 2955 dated 22nd June, 2009, issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Government of Bihar, that with regard to compassionate appointment of wards of teachers, their claim has to be considered by the District Compassionate Appointment Committee.

2. It is further evident that regular District Compassionate Appointment Committee's jurisdiction has been ousted after issuance of this notification.

3. In view of the same, writ application is disposed of with a direction that the District Compassionate Appointment Committee will consider the claim of the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law and the rules within a period of three months from the date of filing of such an application before the
