2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.10.2016 passed in CWJC No. 3037 of 2013.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 to 5, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 10.02.2018

Patna High Court MJC No.1397 of 2017 dt.05-09-2018 2/2 passed by the Executive Engineer, National Highway, Division Muzaffarpur discloses that the entire claim of the petitioner has been paid and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1397 of 2017 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
