None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Heard Smt. Bela Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners. None appeared on behalf of the State. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 14.5.2018 in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 have prayed for grant of bail.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph -3 of the petition to show that petitioners are having clean antecedent. She further submits that there was case and counter case in between the parties. By way of referring to the F.I.R. it has been argued that there is general and omnibus allegation.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49850 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 No specific accusation has been made.
Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent of the petitioners as well as period of custody , let both the petitioners (1) Ajay Das and (2) Bisheswar Das be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand ) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IVth Vaishali / concerned court in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017.
