The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 342, 354, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and her family members by means of garasa, knife, due to which they sustained injuries. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is a case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties are neighbours. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chousa P.S. case No.6 of 2019.
