2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. As per F.I.R., the informant's daughter Sunita Devi got married with the petitioner. The in-laws of Sunita Devi used to demand motorcycle and money and due to nonfulfilment of demand they used to torture and harass her. The petitioner in drunken state used to assault her. On 03.10.2023, the informant got information that her daughter Sunita Devi has been killed. On the said information, the informant and her family members went to the in-laws' house of Sunita Devi but no one was found in the house. The informant expressed

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He further submits that as a matter of fact, the daughter of the informant was not happy with the marriage and, therefore, she left the house without giving any information. Till date, dead body of the daughter of the informant has not been traced. Charges have already been framed and the petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 809 of 2023.
