The petitioner Pappu Dalal Banarshi by filing this application has prayed to extend the date of his surrender on the ground that due to illness he could not surrender within the stipulated time as granted by order dated 19.01.2015. Considering the ground of illness, the petitioner is again hereby directed to surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and then he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Buxar in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16530 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 the Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous application is hereby allowed.
