2. By means of this writ petition the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent No. 5 to accept the joining of the petitioner and allow him to resume his duty as General Employee (Multi Tasking Staff) in the school of respondent No.5.

3. The respondent No. 5 is the Principal, Sainik School East Siang, Village-Niglok, P.O & P.S.-Ruksin, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.11898 of 2024(2) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 East Siang, Arunachal Pradesh.

4. Since the petitioner is seeking an employment in a school situated in the State of Arunachal Pradesh, I am of the view that this Court does not have the jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition.

5. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as lacking in jurisdiction.
