That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) commanding the respondent authorities to select another land for construction of the Panchayat Sarkar

Patna High Court CWJC No.11493 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/3 Bhawan in Gram Panchayat Basanwara, P.S. + Block + AnchalAlam Nagar, District-Madhepura (hereinafter referred to as Gram Panchayat) instead/ in place of the land situated at Mauza-Basanwara, Khata No.688, Khesara no. 2551, Thana no.66, Area 0.50 decimal, bounded as North-Khesara no. 2551, South- Khesara no.2551, East Khesara no.2552, 2553 and West-Road, Khesara no.2551, which has been selected by the Respondents for construction of building of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in gross violation of guidelines issued by the State Government in this regard.

And further for a direction to the respondents to stop forthwith the construction of the building of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan on the abovesaid land as proposed Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan will totally block accesses of petitioners to the road.

And during the pendency of this writ application may restrain the respondents from constructing the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan on the above said land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11493 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 3/3 petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Madhepura for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the District Magistrate, Madhepura, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
