JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State, the State Bank of India and the Accountant General. It is contended on behalf of the respondent Bank that the petitioner's grievance has already been redressed as Rs. 3,06,983/- has been paid on 17.3.2015 as pension revision arrear from 1.4.2007 to 28.2.2015 out of which Rs. 2,26,907 has credited in his account and rest Rs. 80,076/- has been deducted as TDS. It is contended, as such, his grievance has been redressed. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits the
