JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that now the petitioner has received ex-gratia monetary compensation to the tune of Rs. 4, 00,000/-, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievances before the Respondent authorities for grant of additional sum of Rs. 50,000/- by way of ex-gratia monetary compensation on account of death of his wife due to Covid-19 Infection. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
