JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Dumra P.S. Case No. 314 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 379, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the First Information Report itself, it appears that the dispute arose because of children were playing cricket and the ball gone into the land of other side where certain crops were damaged.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Mohammad Sabeer Ali @ Sabeer @ Chhotu, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 314 of 2013, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
