The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 78 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 376(AB), 377, 506 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4/6 of POCSO Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner has ravished the minor daughter of the informant and also committed unnatural sex with her.

During course of investigation, the statement of the victim girl was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., in which, the victim has fully supported the prosecution case. Considering the heinous offence and seriousness of the case, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial as early as
