The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 773 ( C ) of 2014 for the offences under Sections 323, 379, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of D.P.Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full honour and dignity but she is not ready to live with him. He further submits that there is no representation at Bar on behalf of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17758 of 2015 (6) dt.05-01-2016 2/2 the complainant to contest the matter.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is willing to keep his wife with full dignity and honour, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 773 ( C ) of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
