The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation against the petitioners that while being drunk they misbehaved with the wife of the informant and when objected they not only assaulted the informant but also assaulted his wife and outraged her modesty, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
