====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 11.05.2018 in Araria P.S. Case No.124 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused only on allegation of nonproduction of paper relating to motorcycle, on which the petitioner was moving. He submits that it is not a case of the prosecution that the said motorcycle, on which the petitioner was moving, was stolen. He has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that the petitioner is having clean antecedent.

No.49177 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely,Pappu Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.124 of 2018.
