"That this writ application by

Patna High Court CWJC No.12544 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/3 way of Public Interest Litigation for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions in the nature of writ of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents concerned and it's authority to stop exhausting the sand in Morhar River in Imamganj Block and Bankey Bazar Block Further directing the respondent and its authorities to tender issues under approval of Minor Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.

Further, for issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions for which petitioner would be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. In support of the aforementioned reliefs, petitioner has already approached the concerned authority while submitting a detailed representation. The concerned authority has not taken any decision on the petitioner's grievance, therefore, the concerned authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner by passing a detailed speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

3. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
