Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in fact the incident took place a day prior to the institution of the case where the informant, being tutor of petitioner's daughter, tried to outrage her modesty. He was beaten up in the house. He subsequently lodged the present case and petitioner's daughter thereafter lodged a complaint with regard to the incident.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17732 of 2015 (2) dt.09-06-2015 learned counsel for the State and perusing the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it appears that there have been, apart from other things, acid burn injuries on the body of the informant. Considering the aforesaid and considering the fact that the motorcycle of the informant was found in the house of the petitioner, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender in the Court below and seek regular bail which the Court below would deal on its own merit without being prejudiced by orders of this Court.
