Case No. 156/2014 registered under Sections 447, 323, 307, 504, 109/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention to the order of learned Sessions Judge wherein it is noticed that both the parties are agnates and living in the same house and there was quarrel between different members of the family.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Gulli Rai, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arbind, Judicial Magistrate,
