JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019, dated 27.05.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is first alleged to have made an attempt to assault the uncle of the informant, but later, the father of the informant was assaulted on his neck by means of a sharp cutting weapon.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47995 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 the petitioner that the injuries suffered by the victim has been opined to be simple in nature. The petitioner is the next-door neighbour and agnate of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019 and does not have criminal antecedents.

For the aforestated facts, the petitioner/Vikash Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019.
