JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 The petitioner was retired from the post of Accounts Assistant, Electric Supply Division, Bhabua, Kaimur on 28.02.2005. He filed C.W.J.C. No. 6202 of 2006 for payment of arrears of salaries in the revised scale as well as other legal dues. A show-cause has been filed by the opposite parties stating that the salary of the petitioner was re-determined and the amount of pension and gratuity has been duly revised. The petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.68,000/- which

The opposite party nos. 1 to 3 would consider this aspect of the matter and dispose of the claim with respect to the aforesaid amount, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this, by a speaking order.
