2. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner joined his services on 21.12.1972 and he stood retired from his services on 31.01.2009. He has completed more than 36 years of services, however, benefit of 1st ACP and 2nd MACP has been granted in favour of him but even after his entitlement of grant of 3rd MACP, he has not been provided said

3. Considering the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner as well as considering the documents annexed with the petition, the petition is disposed of. The respondents are directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner regarding his claim for grant of 3rd MACP as early as possible and pass a reasoned order probably within 45 days from today.
