====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 04.02.2018 in Bikramganj P.S. Case No.30 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on an false accusation of recovery of two cartridges, the petitioner was arrested and after being arrested in the present case, he has been remanded in another case, which fact has been stated in paragraph-8 of the petition.

I have perused the material on record and considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner,
