2. By order dated 25.06.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2401 of 2021, this Court had granted one week's time to remove the defects as pointed out by the office failing which the writ application was ordered to be dismissed without further reference to Bench.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that most of the defects were removed during the stipulated time but on account of non-removal of few defects, the writ application stands dismissed.

4. For the reasons as stated in this application, the writ writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No.2401 of 2021 is restored to its original file granting two weeks time to the petitioner to removing remaining defects failing which the writ application will stand dismissed without further reference to Bench.
