The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 731 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448 /341/ 323/ 324/ 307/ 379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the compromise, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

While accepting the bail bond of the petitioners, the

If the compromise petition is found genuine, the bail bond of the petitioners shall be accepted and if the compromise is found forged, the petitioners shall be taken into custody. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 731 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Anand Kr.
