Patna High Court CWJC No.13535 of 2022(3) dt.06-04-2023 2/3 06-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Vinay Kriti Singh, learned G.A.-2 for the State. Petitioners in the present case are seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order(s), direction(s) including a writ preferably in the nature of Certiorari quashing the office order as contained in letter No. BRLPS/LSBA/ESH-HR/79/18/235 dated 07.07.2022 issued under the signature of the respondent No. 3 whereby and whereunder the petitioner have been transferred from their Home district to another district of Bihar to allotment of place/block by concerned Zila Jal and Swachhta Samiti. Whereas Female Block Coordinators have considered her transferred to some other block of the same district except home block. The petitioner's name can be find place at serial No. 225, 267, 261, 260, 245, 271, 268 and 265 of the transfer list. (ii) To direct the respondent No. 2 to recall the order of transfer of the petitioners, which is illegal and not permissible.

(iii) To any other relief/s to which the petitioners may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

This Court has taken note of the submissions of learned senior counsel for the petitioners in CWJC No. 13346 of 2022 which has been disposed of just before this case. Since both the matters relate to the same and one subject, learned counsel for the parties agree that this writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the present writ petition is being disposed of in terms of the order passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13535 of 2022(3) dt.06-04-2023 3/3 CWJC No. 13346 of 2022. The petitioners would be at liberty to file a fresh representation, if not already filed within a period of two weeks from today.
