P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.3.2016 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in Kochas P.S. case no. 116 of 2014 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504 and 34 of the IPC against the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The learned Court below by the impugned order has taken cognizance against the petitioners on the basis of charge sheet submitted by the police for the offence under Sections

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24416 of 2016(2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 341, 323, 325, 504 and 34 of the IPC.

From perusal of the allegation in the written report and the impugned order this court does not find any illegality in the impugned order. This Cr. Misc. petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

The Court below will proceed with the case in accordance with law.
