JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ram Nagar Police Station Case No. 164 of 2017, registered under Sections 385, 387, 34 of the I.P.C. Accusation in brief is that the petitioner with his gang members went to the house of the informant, making demand of extortion money of Rs.5,00,000/- and threatened to eliminate him, if demand is not fulfilled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence under Section 383 is made out as there is no delivery of any extortion money and other offences are also not made out. Having considered the nature of accusation and the large number of criminal antecedents of the petitioner, presently,
