Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in K Hat (Madhubani) Police Station Case No 1013 of 2014 dated 17.12.2014 instituted under Sections 302 and some other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to entertain this application where an innocent elderly person who intervened to stop a fight between two groups of students is killed by them. This application is dismissed.

However, petitioner may surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for bail which would be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
